STEPHEN WRIGHT LL.B B.L
Stephen Wright is originally from Leeds and has lived in Ireland for the last 50 years. He is an Elder in Newtownbreda Baptist Church. He is the Honorary Director of Young Life and an Executive member of United Beach Missions.

He graduated in Law from Queens University Belfast. He lectured in Law at Queens. He was called to the Bar in 1978 and until recently he practiced as a Barrister-at-Law and Senior Public Prosecutor in the Public Prosecution Service, specialising in the prosecution of complex fraud cases.

Stephen speaks in defence of the great truths of the Christian faith in the field of apologetics, on the Case for the Creator and the evidence for the resurrection.
Stephen has researched with his father the late Professor Verna Wright MD FRCP (Professor of Rheumatology at Leeds University – who published over 1000 Scientific Papers) on the Creation and Evolutionary model considering which model the scientific evidence fits best.

Stephen has warm connections with the Tartaraghan Armagh area as his late mother in law Nan Johns was cared for in the War years by the Ritchie family.
